At Heartily Committed Care, we believe quality disability support starts with listening. We take the time to understand each participant as an individual — their needs, preferences, goals and the things that are important to them.

We are a dedicated NDIS provider supporting participants to live with greater independence, confidence, dignity and choice. Our approach is person-centred, respectful and focused on providing support that fits each participant’s everyday life.

Meet Our Director

Kanchan Thapa Baniya
Director | Registered Psychiatric Nurse

Kanchan is the Director of Heartily Committed Care and a Registered Psychiatric Nurse with experience working in mental health.

She is passionate about providing compassionate, person-centred support and believes that participants and families should feel genuinely heard, respected and involved in decisions about their care.

Her clinical experience brings a strong understanding of mental health, wellbeing and individual support needs to Heartily Committed Care. Kanchan works closely with our team to promote high-quality, respectful and reliable support, with each participant’s goals, preferences, dignity and independence at the centre of their care.

Pravin Baniya

Manager

Pravin is the Manager of Heartily Committed Care and is closely involved in the day-to-day delivery and coordination of our services. He works directly with participants, families and our support team to help ensure communication is clear, responsive and reliable.

He believes quality support starts with listening. Pravin takes the time to understand what participants and families need and works with the team to provide support that respects each person’s choices, preferences and goals.

His focus is simple — to remain approachable, respond promptly and ensure every participant feels valued, respected and genuinely supported.
